In 1955 the Jubilee Stadium opened to the public. It has a cement floor, artificial ice, and seating for 600. The ice surface is 185 x 80. The rink has five dressing rooms with showers.

In the summer, the stadium is home for the Biggar Day Camp and other social events.

Mark Edwards Memorial Hall is located above the lobby of the Jubilee Stadium. The hall is home to the Biggar Air Cadets. With a view of the Jubilee Stadium's ice surface, it makes for a great place for social events.

Also available for the public's use is the Outdoor Skating Rink located at 502 - 3rd Avenue West. It has a warm up shack with benches and is open every morning at approximately 9:00 a.m.
